Payment terms are clearly stated in the proforma invoice (PI) before order confirmation. Typically, orders require advance payment before processing, with the balance cleared before shipment.

Yes. We export machinery and equipment worldwide. Delivery time depends on the destination country, product availability, and shipping arrangements.

Delivery times vary by product type and stock availability. In most cases, machinery is shipped within 7–21 days after payment confirmation.

We can arrange shipping on behalf of our clients through reliable freight forwarders. Alternatively, buyers may also use their own preferred shipping agents.

If your order arrives damaged or does not match the agreed specifications, please report it to us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will assist with returns, replacements, or refunds as per our Refund Policy.

Yes. We welcome clients to visit our office and yard in Konya, Türkiye to inspect machinery before finalizing their order.
