1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
Refunds or returns are only applicable if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the agreed specifications.
Claims must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Custom-ordered machinery, specially modified equipment, or items sold under clearance are not eligible for refunds.
Damages caused by improper handling, misuse, or lack of maintenance are not covered.
3. Refund Process
Once your claim is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
In some cases, we may offer replacement equipment instead of a refund, depending on availability.
4. Shipping & Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
Shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable.
