  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations, sales, and deliveries made by YUKSEL TARIM A S.

  • Any agreement or transaction with our company implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Products & Specifications

  • All machinery and equipment are supplied according to the specifications provided in our official product lists or quotations.

  • YUKSEL TARIM A S reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in the agreed currency (USD, EUR, or TRY) and are subject to change depending on market conditions.

  • Payment terms will be clearly stated in the proforma invoice (PI) before order confirmation.

  • Orders will only be processed after full or agreed advance payment has been received.

4. Order Confirmation

  • A sales order is considered confirmed only after written acceptance by YUKSEL TARIM A S and receipt of advance payment (if applicable).

  • Any cancellation of orders must be communicated in writing. Cancellations after production or shipment may incur additional charges.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on product availability, shipping schedules, and customs clearance.

  • Risk and responsibility are transferred to the buyer once goods are handed over to the shipping company or transporter.

  • YUKSEL TARIM A S is not liable for delays caused by shipping agents, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • Machinery and equipment are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, improper handling, lack of maintenance, or damages caused during transportation.

  • YUKSEL TARIM A S shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products.

7. Returns & Claims

  • Claims for defects or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be in unused condition and in original packaging.

  • Return approval is subject to inspection and confirmation by our team.

8. Governing Law

  • All transactions are governed by the laws of Türkiye.

  • Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of Konya, Türkiye, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
